CO-Solve Solutions Inc. (“CO-Solve,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.co-solve.ca (the “Website”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Website, not to information we collect in other ways, such as under a customer contract.

1. 1. Information We Collect

   Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your company name, phone number and area of interest.

   Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we use Google Analytics to understand how it is used. This collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Website, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics does not give us your name or contact details. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and request times, to operate and secure the Website.

2. 2. How We Use Your Information

   We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, follow up on your request and keep a record of our business communications. We use analytics information to understand which content is useful and to improve the Website. We use technical logs to keep the Website secure and working properly.

   We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list without your consent.

3. 3. Cookies and Analytics

   Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to distinguish visitors and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Website will continue to work if you do.

4. 4. Service Providers and Where Your Information Is Stored

   We use trusted service providers to operate the Website, and they process personal information on our behalf only for that purpose: Vercel (Website hosting), Supabase (storage of contact form submissions, hosted in Canada), Resend (delivery of contact form notifications by email), Microsoft 365 (our business email) and Google Analytics (Website analytics).

   Some of these providers are located in, or process information in, the United States or other countries outside Canada. While there, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access by their authorities. We choose providers that protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

   We may also disclose personal information where required by law, or to a successor organization if CO-Solve’s business is sold or reorganized.

5. 5. How Long We Keep Your Information

   We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as responding to your inquiry, maintaining our business records and meeting legal requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

6. 6. How We Protect Your Information

   We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to stored submissions, and access controls on the accounts we use to run the Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issue promptly.

7. 7. Your Choices and Rights

   You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it (for example, by asking us to delete your contact form submission), subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

   If you have concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first. You also have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca).
